Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Zorenax ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Zorenax platform at app.zorenax.com.

Zorenax provides AI-powered tools for keyword research, blog content generation, featured image creation, and WordPress publishing.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to generate spam, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to manipulate the credit system
• Publish content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Zorenax operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features:

• Website analysis: 1 credit
• Keyword generation: 1 credit
• Blog article generation: 10 credits
• Featured image generation: 3 credits

Credits are deducted before generation begins. If generation fails, credits are refunded automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Free credits are provided at signup for evaluation purposes. Additional credits may be purchased (when available) subject to separate pricing terms.

The Service uses AI to generate blog articles, keyword suggestions, SEO metadata, and images. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outputs that require editing.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it. Zorenax makes no warranty that generated content is accurate, original, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose.

You own the content you generate using the Service, subject to any rights of the underlying AI providers. You grant Zorenax a limited licence to store and process your content to operate the Service.

The WordPress publishing feature sends content directly to your connected WordPress sites using credentials you provide.

You are fully responsiblefor the content published to your WordPress sites, including compliance with your site's terms, applicable laws, third-party rights, and the policies of your hosting provider.

Zorenax is not responsible for content published to third-party WordPress sites, any consequences of that publication, or any errors in the publishing process including failed, duplicate, or incorrect posts.

You agree not to use Zorenax to generate or publish:

• Content that is defamatory, harassing, or harmful to individuals or groups
• Disinformation, deliberately misleading content, or content impersonating others
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of your audience
• Spam or unsolicited bulk content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@zorenax.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account Management. On deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the credit system.

We reserve the right to discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of termination by us for reasons other than your breach, any unused paid credits will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zorenax and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation: loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business, damage to reputation, or any harm resulting from AI-generated content or WordPress publishing actions taken through the platform.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your requirements.

The Zorenax platform, brand, and underlying software are the intellectual property of Zorenax and its operators. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform or its code.

Content you create using the Service belongs to you, subject to the AI providers' terms and any applicable copyright law regarding AI-generated works.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
